A Almudena Ferro fez um Training Course “The Pot of Gold”, em Itália. Esta é a partilha da sua experiência!
A experiência de The Pot of Gold foi maravilhosa. Essa é a palavra que o resume todo. Nove dias, entre viagem e training course, que mudaram muitas coisas dentro de mim. A nível pessoal encontrei pessoas que já são amigas, conheci uma pequena parte da Itália rural, vi e vivi num ambiente multicultural e de partilha constante… A nível profissional conheci a realidade da comunidade LGTB, aprendi novas dinâmicas e actividades para o meu trabalho diário, aprofundei sobre o discurso de ódio (hate speech) e a formas de lutar contra ele… Esta foi uma dessas experiências irrepetíveis, mas que espero repetir noutro pais, com outras pessoas e com outro tema, porque o crescimento pessoal e profissional que se deriva destas mobilidades europeias é infinito. Obrigada a todos os que fazem possível esta partilha de culturas, línguas, procedimentos, conhecimentos…

The experience of “The Pot Gold” was amazing! This is the word that sums it up! Nine days, including the travelling and the actual training course, have changed many things in me. Personally, I met people who I consider friends already, I got to know a part of rural Italy, I experienced living in a multicultural environment of constant sharing. Professionally, I learnt about the reality of LGBT communities, I learnt new dynamics and activities that I can use in my daily work, I deepened my understanding on hate speech and the ways to fight it… This was a unique experience and I hope I can somehow repeat it somewhere else, with other people and another topic because the personal and professional growth you can get from there European mobilities is immense! Thank you to all who allow this sharing of cultures, languages, procedures, knowledge…
